You can refer to the demo video of that particular plugin, which can be found in the details page of that plugin.
You can find the option of Open Ticket under Support, once you’re logged into www.magnigenie.com . Fill in all the details along with the license key and mention your issue to create a ticket.
Once the plugin is purchased, a download link is sent via email. You can check the emails for the download link and sometimes the email is stored in promotions category. (download link is valid for 24 hours)
After you create a Ticket, you need to wait for atleast 24 working hours. And after that you can response in the ticket you created.
